ONE FRY PAN AND THAT’S IT!! POACHED HERB SALMON 🤩

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Using a large frypan, spray a little coconut oil on the bottom
  2. Fry off the garlic and ginger
  3. Once you smell an aromatic smell add the coconut milk and turn your frypan down to a low heat
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and leave the salmon until last and lemon goes on top
  5. Place the lid on and cook for a further 5mins to help to salmon cook through
  6. I served this dish with sweet potato and a warm quinoa salad
