A healthy twist on the eggs benedict. Something to fuel you through your day.

SERVES 1-2 (Pending on calories)

METHOD

  1. Scramble the garlic, chilli and eggs first and cook in a low heat pan that is lightly oiled.
  2. Add the cheese just before you take the eggs out of the pan and fold it through
  3. Cook the eggs for only 2-3mins
  4. Toast the bagel
  5. Chop the parsley
  6. And construct a nourishing Eggs Bene on the plate!!
