MEET PIPER

Meet Piper,

Piper started with RFT 6 months ago. When starting out Piper was looking to begin to start prioritising her health was she had fallen in the busyness of full time work and the demands of her position.

This meant making some sacrifices and training early in the am so she could get the sessions in and stick to them which she has been able to do averaging 4 sessions per week for the past 6 months & consistently ticked off her habits through the real fitness app creating some big behaviour change!!

She has also dropped over 5% in body fat & gained 2kgs of muscle all whilst also reaching her lowest body weight so far!!

Awesome work Piper, we are so proud of you and your achievements. Looking forward to hitting some big goals towards the end of the year!!
