1. Consistent Sleep Routine: Your body thrives on consistency. Going to bed & waking up at similar times even on weekends helps your circadian rhythms, allowing your body to heal and function optimally! This one is a game changer.

2. Set Up Your Environment for Success: Your environment is crucial. Dim your lights, avoid blue light (including from the TV), & prepare your body for sleep at least an hour before bed, earlier if possible. Use calming or no music, take a warm shower or bath, stretch, breathe, or read.

3. GOOD SLEEP STARTS IN THE MORNING: Your sleep routine includes not just bedtime but also how you start your day. Waking up at and receiving sunlight on your eyes first thing in the morning to reset your body clock, staying well hydrated throughout the day, exercise, & avoiding stimulants at least 8-10 hours before bed will set you up for success!
