How I Lost 15kg Postpartum in 4 Months & MAINTAINED it + more

Postpartum I wasn’t subscribing to quick fixes or extremes—I wanted something that worked long-term and created EASE after all I had a newborn, business, and it was the middle of a weird time in the world with Covid. So here it is — best part of it has been I continually every year only progressing from the last, why? It’s simple and sustainble. Here’s the exact process I followed

👉🏽 Master the Basics

Strength Training: I started with 2 weight sessions per week. That’s it. Simple, doable, and effective.

Daily Movement: I aimed for 8,500 steps a day. This gave me energy and improved my overall

Nutrition: I focused on hitting my calories and protein. My daily intake was between 1,800–1,900 calories, with some weeks averaging 2,000 (personalised to my body and lifestyle).

Recovery: I prioritised stretching, breathing, and calming my nervous system. This helped me manage stress and feel balanced, even on tough days.

👉🏽 Build Momentum

For 4 months, I showed up consistently. It wasn’t about being perfect—it was about progress. I focused on building habits I could sustain, and that’s where the magic happened.

👉🏽 Level Up Slowly

After those 4 months, I felt stronger and more confident. That’s when I increased to 3 weight sessions a week and upped my steps to 9,000.Since then, I’ve adapted my training to match the goals and seasons of my life. Whether it’s maintaining strength, improving fitness, or simply feeling at peace in my body, I’ve built a foundation that works for ME. I have unsubscribed from being hard on myself, and fallen in love with who I have become at EVERY stage. It’s been a wild, healing journey
