LAMB KOFTA’S WITH A POMEGRANATE SALAD

🌱 Nourish your body with something bursting with flavours and a little different to your everyday salad.

INGREDIENTS

Spiced Yoghurt

METHOD

  1. Add the mince, flaxseed meal, parsley, egg and onion into a large mixing bowl
  2. Start mixing with your hands, get in there!!
  3. Once thoroughly mixed together, roll into a good sized ball and place on a baking tray and place in the fridge for 30mins
  4. Make the salad
  5. Cook the kofta’s in a well oiled fry pan
  6. While they cook, make the yoghurt mix
  7. Serve & enjoy
